View DetailsThe Builders Supply Association of West Virginia will host the ACI Grade 1 Field Testing Technician certification program at the Flatwoods Conference Center. This course is designed for technicians responsible for sampling and testing fresh concrete in the field in accordance with ACI standards.
The Builders Supply Association of West Virginia will host the Mike Dougan Memorial Golf Outing on September 23–24, 2026, at Canaan Valley Resort in Davis, West Virginia. An early arrival day is scheduled for September 22, 2026.
The event will include two days of golf, networking, food, and fellowship in memory of Mike Dougan.

2015 Recipient: Michael Dougan, Armstrong Cement
Charleston, WV, April 20, 2015– On April 17, 2015 at the Builders Supply Association of WV 102nd Annual Meeting, the Bonnie M Harold Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Michael Dougan.
The General Membership of the Association elected a new Board of Directors on April 11-13, 2014 during the 101st Annual meeting. The focus of “reengaging the building materials dealers” was apparent during the election and nomination process. “We need a driving force to reengage the Building Materials Dealers and to rekindle their interest,” stated the association executive, Dale Hill.

Program Guidelines: “How does the program work?”
Step 1 – Your company shall establish a safety coordinator to oversee the program and maintain company records (no member company records shall be maintained by the BSA). Along with the coordinator, team leaders shall be established to conduct the weekly safety meetings (this person may be a member of management or a lead/mentor employee who sets the standards for others to follow).
